The G Village Resort & Spa is committed to ensureing that and more. Our aim is to ensure that once a guest visits a Resort , he/she doesn't need to look for another Resort in their latter visits to the city. Other than the location, facilities and the ambience, we have a dedicated and caring service staff because we know at the end of the day its the hospitality that a visitor doesn't forget. Terms & Conditions
1.	All bookings will be confirmed only against full payment in advance.
2.	The quoted rates for rooms/packages are for two guest on twin sharing basis.
3.	Third guest will be charged at specified rate.
4.	Child below 5 years is allowed free stay with their parents without extra bed on room basis and on packages.
5.	Single occupant is liable to pay full room rent. However, in packages the cost will be reduced by 25% of package price.
6.	Any additional night will be charged on pro-rata basis.
7.	The Hotel has right to revise/suspend the tariff/package offered at any point of time and can refund the advance received.
8.	The holder shall not have any claim against it by reason thereof.
9	Luxury tax on the room is applicable as per the state government norms.
10.	Check-In Time : 12:00 pm & Check-out Time : 11:00 am
11.	No Refund in case of early check out.

Cancellation Policy:
1.	No refund is admissible in case of cancellation on the same day or 1 day before arrival.
2.	50% will be charged for cancellation made three day before arrival.
3.	25% will be charged for any cancellation made.

Note:

Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.
